Rams Infotech – Refund & Course Policies

1. Course Enrollment Policy

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment through the official Rams Infotech Dukaan store.
  • Each course registration is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Rams Infotech.
  • Course access details (live session links, recorded content, or LMS credentials) will be shared via registered email/WhatsApp within the communicated timeline.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices displayed on the Dukaan store are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned in the course
    description.
  • Rams Infotech is not responsible for failed transactions caused by third-party payment gateways;
    however, confirmed debits without order confirmation will be reviewed upon request.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of course enrolled:

a) Live Instructor-Led Courses
  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested at least 5 days before the course start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested 3–4 days before the course start date.
  • No refund if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of course start date or after the course has
    commenced.
b) Recorded / Self-Paced Courses
  • No refunds will be issued once access to recorded content or learning materials has been provided.
c) Workshops / Webinars
  • No refunds for one-day or short-duration workshops/webinars unless the event is cancelled by Rams
    Infotech.

4. Course Rescheduling & Batch Transfer Policy

  • Learners may request a one-time batch transfer to another available batch (subject to seat availability).
  • Batch transfer requests must be raised before the course start date.
  • Additional charges may apply for premium or fast-track batches.

5. Course Access Policy

  • Course materials (videos, documents, lab access) are provided for personal learning only.
  • Sharing, redistribution, screen recording, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Rams Infotech reserves the right to revoke access without refund in case of policy violations.

6. Certification & Completion Policy

  • Certificates (if applicable) will be issued only after meeting course completion criteria such as:
  • Minimum attendance
  • Completion of assignments/labs
  • Assessment participation
  • Certificates are issued in digital format unless stated otherwise.

7. Technical & Connectivity Policy

  • Learners are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and compatible devices.
  • Rams Infotech is not liable for missed sessions due to learner-side technical issues.
  • Session recordings may be shared at Rams Infotech’s discretion.

8. Course Cancellation by Rams Infotech

  • In rare cases where Rams Infotech cancels or postpones a course: 
  • Learners may choose a full refund OR
  • Transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.

9. Communication Policy

  • All official communication will be sent via registered email ID and WhatsApp number. 
  • Learners are responsible for providing accurate contact details during registration.

10. Policy Acceptance

  • By enrolling in any course offered by Rams Infotech, learners acknowledge that they have read,understood, and agreed to these Refund & Course Policies.
  • Rams Infotech reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
